Revoke Access

You can revoke shared grade access at any time.

Revoke Access Immediately

1. Open the Share Grades section
2. Click Revoke Access
3. Confirm the security prompt

Effects

After revoking:

• The access link is immediately invalid
• All PINs are deactivated
• Students can no longer view their grades
• To re-enable access, a new access link must be created

Revoke access when you want to update grades without students seeing intermediate states. Then simply create a new access link.
